  • Final loan approval is dependent upon completing the application, submitting the required documents and Superprime verifying the submitted documents. This process typically takes around 2 weeks but can take up to 4 weeks depending on third parties.

  • The value of your property is determined by a third party appraiser. Depending on the size of the loan, two appraisals may be required. In the instance where two appraisals are required Superprime will use the lesser of the two.
